I'm making it for a first time. tonight is a bottling time... Never made it before, so will see what will come out of it... will wright here about my success (or NO-success!)

Ok, wine is bottled now. A Bit cloudy, even strained through the finest sieve and let it to settle ... but Hay-Ho, will see what will happen next ... Had a bottle saved from 1.5 liter Prosecco... just in case used double champagne cage :-) Hope it will hold a buzz... please, keep all your fingers crossed... need it to be nice for my birthday in July

ohh, a birthday coming soon. Have five gallon of Avon Moonwind going if you want it. Too ghastly to drink but ok to dab behind your ears!

So, i guess as a birthday present i will get whole bucket of perfume Never had such present in my life yet :-) What is it taste like anyway? never heard about this wine (yet! it is not long as i started to experimenting with wine making)

OK, update about Elderflower champagne... It was cloudy begin with. after couple of days it cleared and some some white sludge was at the bottom of each bottle... so, i opened them, drained clear wine, and re-bottled it again. just added a bit of sugar in each bottle. Tasted left-overs... Nice!
