Just want to get the wine section going. What are you brewing, how are they turning out? I think that the Cantina's are a reasonable kit to make, especially the Shiraz Merlot, Montepulciano and Pino Grigio. Do you make these? and what is your opinion. If you want special quality, then consider the Selection range.

I've made one of the Cantina 5 day Rose's, Les. Very nice, but clouded up when chilled . Tasted fine though, all 20 litres of it ;D. Also a Muntons Rose which got scoffed without getting to the bottling stage . I now have 6 bottles of B.Dale Californian red maturing in the rack. it's very nice as it is, but i'll give it a couple of months to improve. 5 bottles of B.Dale Pinot Grigio waiting to be chilled (this is a very drinkable wine), and 20 odd litres of Solomon Grundy Rose racked off in to another bucket. Just needs very slight sweetening and then scoffing ;D I love seeing all the different bottles, demijohns and fermenting buckets scattered about the house, waiting to be drunk! ;D

I bought both of the Wilko's Rose kits (one you add sugar and it comes out at 12% and the other doesn't need sugar and comes out at 14%) Both kits turned out really well.
